Cherry Cheesecake Cocktail

Cherry Cheesecake Cocktail

· Servings: 12

· 1 1/2 cup(s) of Graham cracker crumbs

· 5 tbsp. of unsalted butter, melted

· 2 8 oz. pkgs Philadelphia cream cheese, room temp

· 1/4 cup(s) of sugar

· 3 tbsp. of cherry juice from jar of maraschino cherries

· 2 cup(s) of cool whip topping

· 12 stemmed maraschino cherries


1. In a small bowl mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Spoon 1 large spoonful of crumb mixture into each glass.

2. With electric mixer beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar and cherry juice and mix until blended and smooth.

3. Fold in whipped cream until well blended and fluffy. Spoon and divide evenly among the 12 glasses just to the rim spreading out evenly in the glass.

4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. Refrigerate until serving.
