HEATHER’S MUSHROOM SALAD

HEATHER’S MUSHROOM SALAD

1 - lb fresh mushrooms,

1/2 lb Swiss cheese,

2 bunches green onions.

Slice mushrooms and green onions. Slice cheese into slivers. Toss all. Chill.

Just before serving toss with:

1/2 cup oil

1/4 red wine vinegar

3 teaspoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning (red and yellow container).
