Honey-Baked Tortilla Chips

Double The Mexican Today! As I was too tired to post last night, here are 2 recipes for Cinco de Mayo!

Honey-Baked Tortilla Chips


  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 4 small (8-inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 6 wedges
  • 2 tsp. sesame seeds


  1. In small bowl, stir 2 tsp. water into honey to loosen. Place tortilla wedges on baking sheet, brush with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Toast at 350° until golden-brown and crisp, 15 to 18 minutes. Serve with salsa or bean dip.
