Ingredients o 3 ounces champagne, chilled o 4 mint sprigs o 3 teaspoons sugar o 2 tablespoons lime juice o 1 lime wedges Directions 1. Muddle mint, sugar, lime wedge and lime juice with a muddler or the back of a spoon until sugar dissolves, about 30 seconds. 2. Strain into a chilled champagne glass. 3. Add chilled Champagne and garnish with a spring of mint.
